A contradiction of fact is the immediate response to the use of the phrase "Alternative Cures" People have used various herbs and plants since time began to cure ailments and disease and hardly a year goes by without some effective treatment being "discovered " in this plant or tree.

Upon closer examination more often than not these newly discovered cures/treatments were used many years ago and were discarded the by modern medical community as poppycock or old wives tale. Doctors today only seem interested in products that drug companies put in front of them. Our view is that doctors discard effective treatments for various reasons,

• Cannot be bothered.
• No time to monitor results.
• Worried of consequences.
• Are not insured.
• Losing credibility with peers.
• Cannot prescribe.

Neem Genie has to date received some quite dramatic results and Doctors have initially been interested until they are told that the treatment is herbal/organic then we have a cloud of disinterest appear.

There are many restrictions on descriptions of treatment products in most countries, which were put into place to avoid bad marketing practice and unfortunately these can be detrimental to sufferers locating effective treatments. Extensive trials and testing have to be made before positive statements can be made. (These trials can cost millions)

It is fact that most government bodies have not the funding to conduct or even monitor these trials with the result that drug companies conduct and submit their own. THIS IS WIDE OPEN TO CORRUPTION.

No drug company will invest large amounts to test and market a product that can be obtained elsewhere at a fraction of the cost.

Staff from Neem Genie has seen Indian people use roasted Neem leaves in poultice form (with Ghee) on infected wounds with very positive results. This is a common everyday occurrence in India and more interesting is the fact that these bacteria build no resistance to this treatment, as is the case with antibiotics.

Another example of organic success recently has been the marked interest in tea tree oil for treatment for head lice as prior to this treatment western people were applying organo phosphates to the heads of children. These chemicals can kill a child if they enter the bloodstream.
Recently Neem has been discovered to form a barrier to the dreaded MRSA virus currently plaguing hospitals. There are many other natural products with properties now undergoing tests, which will never be published, as the prime objective is to identify the helpful compound and create this artificially in the laboratory.

At Neem Genie we have been deeply involved in this area for some years and have been constantly developing a new. more user-friendly alternative psoriasis treatment. We have seen many dramatic results but sufferers would only consider Neem as a last result due to the odour and messy application methods.
