This capsule is a recent development after successful trials run over an 18 mth period in Africa. It could not come at a more convenient time. 

In trials Neem boosted the immune system on average 11% and this coupled to the Auto immune problem (over active)  can cause problems. We also recommend children under the age of 12 should not ingest Neem.
